Common Questions

• Do you ship internationally?
  – We currently only ship within the UK. As a small Wales-based business, we focus on serving our UK customers to ensure reliable delivery and service.
• How long does delivery take?
  – Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days across the UK.
• Can I view the artwork in person?
  – Currently, CJ Artworks operates primarily online. However, we occasionally hold exhibitions and pop-up events in the Swansea area where you can view selected pieces. Stay updated via our newsletter for upcoming events.
• Do you accept returns?
  – We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us to arrange a return.
